What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy?

This relates to information collected from your GP/Consultant on referral to our clinical services and information collected directly from you from our website, over the telephone and at face-to-face appointments.

This statement does not form part of any contract to provide services. It is important that you inform us of any changes to your personal information which we hold so that the information which we hold is accurate and current.

What we do with your information

Information is stored in accordance with HCPC standards.

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to contact you to make an appointment either face-to-face, over the telephone (landline, mobile or SMS) via email or post.

  • to provide you with tailored advice and guidance.

  • in order to handle any issue which you raise

  • to notify you about changes to our service.

We will comply with data protection law. All clients details, case notes and correspondence will be stored securely and treated confidentially according to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 1988.

Security of your data

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet , or method of storage is 100% secure. Whilst we strive to use the most secure methods possible , by using our service , you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Third Parties

Information may be passed to third parties outside our control, for example some pages on the website may have embedded content/links from other websites which are not operated by us. We recommend that you check the respective policies of these websites to check how they use your personal information as we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
