Complete a form to sign and email it back prior to your consultation. Payment is required prior to your consultation and this can be via cash or BACS transfer.

Aimee is recognised by the following insurance companies - BUPA, AVIVA, WPA, Healix Health and Cigna. You will need to however check that your insurance company policy covers you for a dietitian appointment and for how many and obtain an authorisation code.

An initial one-to-one appointment is 60 minutes and follow up appointments are 30 minutes.

It is important that our clinics run smoothly, therefore there is a 24 hours notice cancellation policy for cancelling or rescheduling. The full consultation fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours.

A Registered Dietitian is a legally-protected title. They are the only qualified and regulated health professionals with the Health Care Professions Councils (HCPC) that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider- public health level. Every dietitian is a nutritionist, but not every nutritionist is a dietitian.

Anyone can call themselves a Nutritionist, therefore the title is unfortunately not regulated. It is important therefore, to check that you are taking your advice from someone who has the right qualifications.

If during your consultation further treatments or tests are recommended then we will write to your GP or consultant to request these.

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital, Lowfield Road, Anlaby, Hull HU10 7AZ (every other Saturday 9am-1pm)
