Using my gut instinct
I adopt a holistic rather than a purely medical approach, and provide personalised advice based on your individual lifestyle, which may include stress levels, mental health, physical activity and sleep.
My Mission
I’m truly passionate about helping people not just improve their gut health, but also enhance their overall well-being and lifestyle. My goal is to support you in feeling your best, inside and out.
